With the warmer days of summer, the job market is also continuing to warm. In only the past few weeks, there has been an increase in new and high-level finance roles at some of the top SaaS companies. Here are some of the exciting opportunities we found in the Finance space in June.
This world-class payroll firm ADP is in search of a Senior Director, Finance to provide financial and strategic decision support to the business. They will conduct productivity analysis, margin improvement, pricing, and business analysis (such as client retention, loss reporting, and quality metrics). The best candidate will have an interest in driving financial best practices and will optimize financial opportunities regarding revenue enhancement and expense management.
In this role, you will partner with senior/general management in setting direction and managing key priorities such as client profitability and retention, competitive position, expense management, product enhancements, and other business opportunities. This role is also responsible for loss reporting/technical lost business.
The ideal candidate will hold a BS - in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent area. An MBA in Finance or MS in Business Analytics or a similar degree is preferred.
DocuSign has become a household name, enabling businesses and clients worldwide to agree and execute agreements virtually. They are in search of a Global Head of Strategic Finance – Corporate Finance and FP&A to lead the FP&A and corporate finance teams, including global go-to-market, R&D, G&A finance, and corporate finance teams. In this role, they will lead long-term and short-term forecasting, including annual budgeting and the quarterly/monthly forecasting process. The Global Head will also drive the financial strategy and analysis.
This person should have 15+ years partnering with officers, executives, and board committees, with 10+ years in the tech software or services industry.
The team is also looking for a Head of Revenue Accounting to lead the global revenue accounting functions, partnering closely with Revenue Operations, Technology, FP&A, Legal, External Reporting, Internal Audit, Sales, and other teams across the company. Experience with system implementations is a plus. Also, experience with a Big-4 or equivalent national accounting firm is highly desirable.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance. A CPA and 15+ years of progressive experience within finance operations and accounting is strongly preferred.

The company is also looking for a Director of Finance for Accelerating Functions. This role will report to the Vice President, Corporate Finance, and Treasurer role. The right candidate will have 10+ years of experience as a subject matter expert and leader in senior finance roles.
This person has the ability to lead six to eight people and successfully manage a range of C-level relationships. They will possess a BS/BA, with an MBA, CFA and/or CPA preferred.
The ideal individual will manage and develop a team of financial analysts and will interface with Sales, Operations, Compensation, and other Global Business Finance groups to support the growth of the services business. As part of this role, they will manage and develop a team of professional financial analysts, leveraging shared services resources supporting FP&A activities.
Candidates should have ten or more years of relevant professional experience, with management experience leading, training, and inspiring a growing team. They should have strong knowledge managing a Services P&L and supporting a Cloud business.
5. Qualtrics (two open roles)
Qualtrics is in search of two new finance leaders who are “bold enough to chase breakthrough experiences - like building a technology that will be a force for good.”
This first role, Treasurer is ideal for a hard-working, self-starting treasury professional with excellent social skills who enjoys a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for functions such as daily cash flow, short-term cash investing strategies, banking relationship management, setting up and helping create new banking relationships. They will also review and approve payments and compliance reporting.
This person should be able to model liquidity sources & uses, analyze financial patterns, make cash flow projections, create financial reports, and ultimately present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with seven or more years in treasury. They will have experience in corporate banking, web portals, and fraud control products.
The second role, Head of FP&A, will report to the Global Head of FP&A and Investor Relations, as well as other C-level executives. The best candidate will lead the financial planning and analysis function, with responsibility for planning processes, including the annual plan, monthly forecasts, and long-range plans.
This role will partner with other finance areas to support month-end close, flux review processes, and financial reporting. The right candidate will demonstrate proficiency in building financial models, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience and growth within the industry, including a minimum of 10 years in Finance/FP&A positions.
