We’ve pulled together a list of finance-focused open jobs from some of the top SaaS companies hiring for high-visibility roles this month.

1. Gusto

To better support small businesses, Gusto is in search of a Head of Revenue Analytics and Forecasting to support their own growing business. Gusto is looking for a leader to “take our RevOps Forecasting & Analytics team to new heights”. 

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated leader, improving strategy and capabilities across teams. They describe the role as being a mix of strategy and data-driven analysis. You’ll advise Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Growth teams with strategy and insights, drive success through analytics and metrics, and “live and breathe acquisition”. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, ideally in marketing, sales, or GTM/business operations. 

2. Intuit

If you aspire to work in one of the most recognizable names in the financial world, Intuit is hiring a Vice President, Corporate Finance and Treasurer. In this high-visibility position reporting to the CFO, the ideal candidate will drive strategic business partnerships and oversee the FP&A plan, treasury and stock administration, and other functions. You will be a leader for a large and dynamic global finance team. 

The ideal candidate will have 10 or more years of experience in a senior finance leadership role, with experience interacting with boards and board committees. They’ll be a subject matter expert in finance, FP&A, and treasury, and have a track record of successfully-managed C-suite relationships. They will also have a strong commitment to D&I. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with an MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred for this role.

3. RingCentral (two open roles)

RingCentral is bringing teams together with comprehensive meeting, business phone, and customer contact center apps. They’re currently in search of a Director, Finance Systems and Operations to transform company systems and ops. The right person for this role will have a “strong process architecture mindset” and experience implementing systems, working with stakeholders and sponsors to deliver those systems, process, and platform solutions. This person will help shape the long-term financial systems roadmap within the company. The job listing specifies this role as part of the Finance organization, not IT. 

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, with a Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering, Finance, Accounting or a related field. They will be a big-picture thinking with strong written and verbal communication skills. 

The team is also looking for a Director of GTM, Finance to fill a highly-visible role within the FP&A organization. This individual will work closely with the CFO and other stakeholders to develop forecasts and align spending. 

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in corporate finance, equity research, investment, or other related roles. They will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, and have experience supporting the major functional areas of an organization.

4. ServiceMax

Whether at home or in the field, supporting service execution is central to the mission of ServiceMax. The company is in search of a Commercial Finance Director to lead its Global Deal Desk Team. The best candidate will develop knowledge of the subscription model, the company’s service/product offerings, and advise on contract structure. They will help structure and evaluate deals using a data-driven approach, working cross-functionally to mitigate risk and optimize revenue.

The best candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

5. ServiceNow

Automation is the key to more efficient work, and ServiceNow is a leader in helping teams and organizations automate, streamline, and optimize their workflows. The company is seeking a Senior Director - Sales and Finance Analytics to help them “make the world of work, work better for people.”

The best candidate for this role will help the company further establish its data and advanced analytics foundation. The desired outcomes are to create sales and finance analytics products with maximum adoption from the stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 12 or more years experience in Sales and Finance Analytics, with experience in business intelligence, statistics, data science, and related skills. They will be immersed in the end-to-end customer and sales lifecycle, and have 10 or more years experience leading teams with a focus on cross-functional success. 

6. Stripe

For those interested in financial processing and services, Stripe is in search of a Finance Technology Lead. In this role, you will own the execution of the long-term strategic roadmap, and partner with engineering and other teams to drive the company’s strategic efforts and products. You will use data and documentation analysis to identify opportunities and improvements.

The best candidate will have over 10 years of experience working in a system architecture role, with the ability to get hands-on and provide design insight. Five years’ work experience should be focused in Oracle on-premise or 2+ in Oracle Cloud, and experience with Oracle Financials Accounting Hub (FAH) is desirable. 

7. Qualys

For those interested in cloud security, Qualys is seeking a Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis to own the company financial model. The right candidate will engage in monthly and annual reporting, partner with other teams to perform forecasting and improve automation and system optimization, and cultivate a team to help the org meet and exceed project and financial goals. 

The ideal candidate will be an independent and analytical thinker, with an “expertise and love of auditable financial modeling”. A focus on process and automation is desired to increase team efficiency and minimize error. 

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with 10 years of combined experience in FP&A with a preference for those in SaaS companies and investment banking.

8. Databricks

Having data is only effective when it can be used effectively. Databricks helps its customers better utilize and analyze their data. They’re looking for a Director, Sales Finance to help the company plan and analyze its growth. 

This role will be a cross-departmental partner, building metrics to enhance insight into the business. The ideal candidate will oversee the annual operating plan, forecasting functions, actuals analysis, and employ trend analysis to improve visibility and outcomes. 

For this role, the company seeks candidates with 10 or more years experience in a related degree, who has a familiarity with the SaaS model, and experience with operations and people management.
