Vendr is joining Vertice

Vendr is joining Vertice, combining the world's largest procurement intelligence dataset with Vertice's AI procurement platform.

When I started Vendr, the problem was obvious: a procurement team sits down to negotiate a $500K software deal and the vendor on the other side of the table knows exactly what every comparable company paid. The buyer is guessing.

That information gap costs companies real money, every year, across thousands of renewals and new purchases they don't even have time to look at.

So we built the data. Billions in verified spend. Hundreds of thousands of real contracts. What people actually paid - not list price, not analyst estimates. And we built AI on top of it to put that intelligence to work autonomously, negotiating on behalf of buyers who simply don't have the bandwidth to fight every deal themselves.

We closed the gap. But we always knew the bigger opportunity was getting that intelligence into the workflow, plugged straight into procurement's day to day operations.
