The Business plan is Qwilr's entry-level paid tier for small to mid-size sales and marketing teams. Includes the full content editor for interactive web-based proposals, legally binding e-signatures, interactive quote tables and tiered pricing, QwilrPay for payment collection, page analytics, CRM integrations (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM — excluding Salesforce), email and Slack notifications, password protection, identity verification, and an audit trail. Reporting history limited to 120 days. Available on monthly or annual billing.

The Enterprise plan is Qwilr's premium tier for larger teams requiring advanced customization, security, and CRM automation. Includes everything in Business plus: Salesforce integration, custom domain, custom fonts, removal of Qwilr branding/badges, team permissions, domain-restricted access, viewer identification and verification, 5-year reporting history, 8 collections, dedicated account manager (for 10+ seats), live chat support, and a lower QwilrPay transaction fee (0.05%). An API add-on for custom integrations and document automation is available at additional cost. Enterprise is billed annually only, with a minimum of 10 users.
