Generates structured candidate summaries, scores applicants against job requirements, and surfaces best-fit talent faster with transparency and bias-reduction features. Additional capabilities include proactive candidate-to-job matching, identification of talent at risk of disengagement, automated personalized feedback to rejected candidates, and real-time bias monitoring. Launched November 2025, initially for Lever customers; broader platform availability planned. Powered by IBM watsonx.governance.
