All features included in a single tier at $10/user/month with no annual contract required. Integrates with Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
Mid-level tier of Distribution Engine unlocking enterprise routing patterns such as queue-to-queue routing, trigger-based distribution, and Custom Classification (single stamp group). Suitable for organizations with more complex Salesforce routing requirements.
Entry-level tier of Distribution Engine providing core Salesforce-native record routing and assignment automation. Supports standard routing methods (round robin, load balancing) for Leads, Cases, Opportunities, and custom objects. Suitable for smaller or less complex Salesforce teams. Custom Classification is not available on this tier.
