A reduced-capability tier of the Thrive TRM platform providing access to Contacts, Companies, and the Chrome Extension, but explicitly excluding the ability to view Searches. Designed for users who need contact/company relationship management but do not need full search management capabilities. Sold as a per-license product at a lower price point than full user licenses.

Thrive TRM Platform

The core Thrive TRM platform subscription. A collaborative, real-time Talent Relationship Management (TRM) and ATS platform. The base bundle includes 3 full Thrive TRM User Licenses (with access to Searches, Contacts, Companies, and Chrome Extension), 1 Thrive IQ Dashboard, API access, and unlimited Collaborators (Hiring Managers who can view candidate profiles and provide feedback). Sold as an annual subscription on a per-platform basis with a fixed platform fee. Additional user licenses can be purchased as add-ons. Designed for executive search firms, VC/PE talent teams, and in-house executive recruiters.

Thrive TRM: Basic Search Essentials Service Package

A data enrichment add-on service package for the Thrive TRM platform. Provides automated data enrichment of up to 250 records per month. Included enrichment fields: Contact information (email address, phone number, address), Documents, Education, and Past Experience (most recent company created). Sold as an annual subscription alongside the Thrive TRM Platform.
