Helpline and Case Management - Advanced

Convercent Helpline and Case Management - Advanced is the primary purchasable module of the Convercent Ethics Cloud Platform — an integrated, modular SaaS suite for enterprise ethics and compliance management. It enables organizations to manage helpline/speak-up reporting and case investigations. The broader Ethics Cloud Platform also offered policy management, employee disclosures and conflicts of interest, compliance training, analytics/benchmarking, and third-party risk management from a single platform. Originally developed by Convercent (founded ~2012), operated as 'Convercent by OneTrust' after the 2021 acquisition, and transitioned to EQS Group in December 2024. The platform is being retired at end of 2025 in favor of EQS Group's Compliance Cockpit.
