Cloudflare is a cybersecurity and cloud services company that provides various services, including content delivery network (CDN), DDoS protection, DNS management, and security solutions. They offer several different packages that group their solutions towards a specific need such as Applications Security, Employee Applications and Devices, On-Premise and Hybrid Networks, or Serverless Applications.  Most customers start month-to-month with Cloudflare at the list price and move to annual agreements with monthly SKU usage commitments to earn discounts. Overages incurred monthly are billed if the customer exceeds their usage limit over 30% within the month. As the market leader with sticky products considered critical infrastructure, Cloudflare has very high retention.
