"Wanted to try to right size renewal, requested usage for last 12 months. Was not able to descope much due to high usage of the platform that was needed for Q4 but supplier was willing to descope original images cost and with a decrease of TB usage needed from 18 to 15 to help cut cost. Also supplier will be open to case study/logo usage based on total contract value. Always request usage and understand peaks in usage and deem reason behind it as descope may be possible as the supplier will try to renew as is for renewal.
