"We were able to get the uplift waived upon renewal by leveraging additional products being added currently and very recently. Additionally we were able to work with the supplier for year end discounts in December which led to 40% discounts on implementation and training on new products. We were also able to work with their team to modify the uplift language from 5% to 3% but getting it removed was not possibly even when threatening that piece as a deal breaker."
