Free Trial Availability

Okta doesn't offer a conventional free trial, but they do have a 'Free' edition that provides basic features, including single sign-on and multi-factor authentication for a limited set of apps.

Obtaining Discounts

Negotiations with Okta have resulted in waived uplift fees, resulting in savings of up to $5,120.50. However, it's important to note that Okta is not flexible on user count for annual contracts. If the user count increases, a true-up contract is required, while reducing numbers has no impact on the contract. On average, we've been able to negotiate a 7% reduction on renewals.
