"Maxio bases your base fee based on your TTM (trailing twelve month) revenue. On our contract, Maxio was saying our TTM revenue was between 52-57MM which put us in the 50-75MM category. Our FP&A team did some digging and found that our actual TTM was $43MM. This was because Maxio is calculating revenue based on any invoice sent and not considering payment terms, discounts, etc...
